Numerous projects that were identified since the founding of the Regina GmbH in the region, have been realized and supported. From the initiation of a very well developed bicycle and footpath networks in the administrative district of Neumarkt i.d. OPf., the support of museum exhibits to the establishment of an existence foundation consultation. The subject variety of the projects varies and are located broadly within the area.

However, to be able to sucessfully initiate projects, stakeholders must be engaged positively, financing should be secured and the support of projects must be guaranteed. Most projects that are identified and initiated by the Regina GmbH are either financed and subsidised by the Bavarian State Minsitry for Economy, Infrastructure, Traffic and Technology, on the one hand and other Leader Projects of the European Union and are supported as well by the Bavarian State Minsitry for Food, Agriculture and Forests.

During the next years the most different projects are planned, within the scope of the leader's support as well as in the regional management action draught or could be already moved. The regional management action draught intends, for example, a project for the municipal inside development or a cooperation with the country-region training areas Hohenfels and Grafenwöhr. Besides other projects as well as events will be carried out. With the help of the leader's support two projects, how the equipment of a Monday phone and the removal of a conference site in the Sulzbürg, as well as the construction of a marketing hall of the drying co-operative ling field could be already moved this year. Many other projects from the areas of Tourism, economy, agriculture, energy and environment are among other things in the concept phase, partly the conversion approaches immediately.
