Municipalities use local processes of development to plan for the future development of the municipality. Involving an integrated approach with the assistance of experts and citizens problems and possible needs are identified and possible remedial actions are discussed in the municipalities in order to set trends in terms of planning processes or the steps in single projects within the municipality.
